Clutch 1 of 2011

Just pulled my first clutch for 2011 this morning. I woke up to some pearly whites! Not too exciting of a clutch but this female was bred by a pinstripe late last year then an enchi and black pewter this year. :banana:

I only hatched out 7 clutches last year and I had my hands full with those lol

Just curious, why do you have the eggs sitting on lighting diffuser rather than just laying in the vermiculite? Whats the benefit?

By doing it that way I can fill the bottom up with water in the vermiculite and not have to worry about them getting too wet like someone said and also I don't have to worry about humidity issues since there is plenty of water in there. I just don't trust myself with mixing the verm just right and not messing it up and this way worked perfect for me last year so why fix something that isn't broken?

I set my tubs up the same way 'cept I use Hatchrite. Works perfect.:gj:

Bro, no luck for me this year. my spider male has gotten lazy and my cinnamon male is trying but the pastel won't give the time or day...LOL

Congrats! This clutch is pretty exciting to me! I can't wait to find out which one knocked her up! This is why I can't wait to breed. I've only got one girl big enough for it though, and she's an uncooled virgin according to the previous owner. I hope everyone has wakes up to an egg-tastic surprise soon!
