    The Gizmo Goodbye.....(sniff...sniff)
Well the time has come for my house guest to go home...:tears: It wasn't my son or my hubby that made me do it. It was the fact that I was spending SOOOOO much time with Gizmo that is was taking time away from what I should be doing....(working with my own iggy)! It was the responisble thing to do and I already miss him soooooo much!! Hopefully his owner (LegitReptiles) will carry on the Gizmo stories as I am sure he will continue to have crazy adventures.

He was ever so loving and thoughtful to leave us a present before he left....a big ole pooper behind the couch downstairs. (I think he knew he was going home and was mad at me.) Thank God for tile!!

As a bonvoyage...thought I would share once again his greatest moments...

Well thats all folks....gosh I am so going to miss that lil pooper. Thankfully I don't live far so I will be able to go visit him and he will still do some school shows with me. Have a great day all.....and the Gizmo sends his love!!

Doesn't seem like you gave us enough notice. I'm sure Hubby is happy, but sad at the same time. I hope that your little Iggy will lighten up a llittle bit and become manageable. Maybe treat him with his favorite fruit once a day.

Can you hand feed him or is he just to wild at this moment? One thing you may want to try, get a really nice thick baby blanket. Put it in the dryer and get it nice and warm. Then see if your Iggy will let you bundle him up and hold him for some time.

Here's to nothing but the best of luck!

I know it was a quick decision but I had to do it that way. If I thought about it too long it wouldnt of happened. Needless to say it was a sad day for all of us...ok well for my mom and I. As far as my Iggy I can hold him but he fights it a lot, the hardest part is getting him out of the tank. He will take some fruit from me but not much. I will totally try the blankey thing though. I made him one...but ahhh...got a little over zealous with the size...lol.

Ya know...we will have to see what Princess Bob is like after she totally wakes up from her brumation. She is staying awake a little longer ...but still. I do have George the Veiled Chameleon...he has been pretty amorous lately and quite the ladies man. He loves himself the females!! We will just have to see what plays out. Its really the animals...they play the story out....I just write about it. :P
