What were you told it was when you bought it? It might be a super, or an exceptional pastel. Hard for me to tell from those pics. But some of our pastel experts might be able to give a more definitive answer.

if it was sold as a super, id say super or that is the hottest pastel ever. I'd pay super pastel price for a pastel that looked like that.

It was labeled pastel and I offered less than asked and he said " no because it's a super" I didn't really know of that meant super pastel or just really cool pastel lol. I plan to breed it to a spider so I gues the offspring will tell me. Just was hoping some of the more experienced guys would have some insight thanks guys! Btw paid 125.00 for it so cool either way :)

Wow i would have paid $125 for that pastel all day!! Great pickup cause the head blushing could pass as a super pastel.

i love how white the blushing gets, hopefully the snake keeps it color, but one thing is for sure, they will have crazy blushing, 125 is a steal, super or not. male or female?

I don't see a super but it is a nice pastel! I don't think you would find a super pastel female for $125! Supers should have alot more blushing! Not trying to burst your bubble! It is still a very nice Pastel!

Well I agree that finding a super at that price seems unlikely especially a female but her pattern seems a bit too intense and she has a little more head blushing than I would expect in a pastel but again I'm no expert either. Regardless of whether she is a super or just a really exceptional pastel I couldn't be happier with her. Also wanted to let everyone know she accepted her first meal today without much hesitation which made me very happy :)

You won't really know for sure until you breed her and prove her out! If she is a super, you will not get any normals even when she is bred to a normal! My Avatar is my Pastel female and she is just a normal Pastel!

AMAZING pastel, looks super to me cause of the blushing and whatnot, but im no expert haha. Ide pay 125 for her all day haha. Any idea on what her parents were, because unless they both hav the pastel gene in them then she has no possibility of being a super. Even if they do both hav it, its not guaranteed that your gonna hit the super odds (25%). Raise her up and pair her well :D cause youve got an awesome little girl there.

google "super pastel ball python" and click on images, his has more blushing than some of them....

honestly id hope it wasn't a super, imagine the super it would make lol. but its doubtful thats a pastel. but like they say, you don't know anything til you breed em

Be it super or not, snake with this kind of quality will give you great looking offspings. Selective breeding is the key, not just names.

She looks great! Did you get her from the Cleveland show? I found a pastel there in the spring that looks like her. She is 1300 grams right now and has not browned out that much. She is one of my favorite snakes! Nothing can beat a high quality pastel!:)

Well I got her from the Columbus show so it's possible she could be a sibling of yours do you know the name of the guy you got yours from? Also if you have em could you post a pic or two of her?

You picked the most extreme example from the google search to compare...look at all the others you didn't single out. And your avitar is not a fair representation of a normal Pastel. They do not all look like that...very few look like that...The OP either has an exceptional (beyond very nice :rolleyes:) Pastel or a Super...
