Kobylka-line piebald
This is Martha, the Kobylka-line pied. I got her from JKR back in October, but somehow I never got around to snapping pics until Christmas. What do you think?

(My boss' kids named her Martha. Because my black pastel is named George, "and you have to have a Martha to go with George". Your guess is as good as mine!)

Lol nice name and nice pied! Cant wait till I have one.

Gorgeous! Piebalds are by far on of my favorite morphs :)
I think I remember watching George and Martha when I was a kid. Isn't that the cartoon about two hippo friends? Loved that show :)

Didn't know about the hippos! George and Martha Washington was also my guess.
I do like her stripe. A lot of JKR's pieds and pastel pieds seem to have the stripe action going on. She's also surprisingly orange in person, though that usually browns out with age.

Amazing....thx 4 sharing!

Oh, yeah, they might've been! Thanks.
Boss' kids say: Martha & George are the names of the two snakes in Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson & the Olympians series of books.
Maybe Marthas and Georges just naturally go together.

Beautiful Pied! Definitely one of my favorites! I hope to add one to my collection someday, just a little out of my price range at the moment :P

Huh, I would totally have thought it was the hippos! (That's what I think of when I think of "George and Martha" ...) I wonder if that author named the snakes after the hippos ...
Maybe every generation of kids will have a different idea about who George and Martha are.
At any rate, that is an outstanding pied! I think I may know where my male pied is gonna have to come from ... :D

Well, that's FOUR different pairs of Georges and Marthas that we've managed to come up with here! I'm really starting to think maybe they naturally go together.
(My George came from an episode of Bugs Bunny. Maybe what I really need is an Elmer?)
I've been wanting a Kobylka pied for a while. I'm hoping to do some double het pied combo projects, and it'd be nice to have some pied genes in the mix that aren't all second cousins to Pete Kahl's animals. But I didn't know she'd turn out so pretty.

Wow the stripe on that snake is amazing!! What a beautiful specimen of a Ball Python!
