I got my 2 new balls!

So Today at 11:16Am I got a package! My boyfriend had bought me 2 het Vpi Axanthic Balls from Lynn Kurbic from boasandballs.

First up is the female

You cant really see but i am pretty sure she had shed skin on the tip of her nose. i will have to get better pictures later

The male has not come out of his ball.

The girl is totally exploring her cage and the male is still in the ball, so i have not had the chance to see his face. But i will keep you updated. I like the males pattern.

So the boy had shed skin on his head and the girl has a shed of skin on her nose. Yet on their papers it does not tell me when they shed.

it happens not to worry, the temp and humidity is controlled in my snake room and it happens to me from time to time. lynn is a top notch breeder, congrats on the new pickups.... :)

Nice looking snakes!

I want to "play" with one. But my boyfriend made me put them in the cage. I didn't really get a chance to examine the snakes fully either. Should i pick up the girl since she seems more curious? Its been 7 hours T_T

Just wondering since most people i see who get new Bp's have already played with them and handling them. In one part of me that seems agreeable so you and the snake can get familiar with each other, but at the same time they should get de stressed.

I wish I could get a box like that in the mail! All I get is bills! I want your mailman! LOL! Awesome looking babies!!!!!!

The female seems very friendly and okay with handling. The Male is scared though, he striked 4 times at my boyfriend when he slowly walked to the other side of the room to see something. I don't know what to do with a striking male. I was thinking of wearing padding and trying to pick him up again in a couple of days but is makes me nervous. I don't wanna be nervous! ahah :oops:

If he bites you it won't hurt at all. Just give him a week to settle in and then pick him up whether he is still striking or not. If the female is out and exploring I'd say pick her up and get to know her (and take more pics):D
