    Black Bellys ?
Has anything else been found out about the blackbellys?

I know there were a few people who posted pictures of what they felt to be
a blackbelly. The only thing showing to be the checkered board black markings on
    its belly.
Are there any other markings that stand out to say it is a true blackbelly?

Has it been crossed with any other morph then the pastel to make something
else as hot as that Yellow Jacket?

Has there been a super form made yet?

I know it was one of those things that was talked about a bit when NWE posted the yellow jacket then not much else after ......

Over all just wondering whats been going on there with those?

I'm hoping this is one. I produced her this year. Father has the same "black belly". I hope it's the real thing! If anyone has found out anything more about them, they're keeping a tight lip on it.

I guess I'll have to holdback this female and breed her to her "black belly" father to see if there is ANYTHING there.

I agree that people are being very tight lipped over these snakes.

MS2 that is a interesting looking baby there.
How many did you have in that clutch and how many had the black bellies ?

MS2, you could also breed the father to a pastel and see if you get anything like the yellowjacket. I would definitely keep the daughter around though to try and prove a super in a few years.

I bred the male "black belly" for the first time last season with 2 females, 15 babies in all. About half have the black belly to some degree and the others had very checkered bellies. The one in the pic is the best example of all the 2010 babies I hatched. I guess time will tell.....

The problem is I only have 1 pastel female at the moment and I'm shooting for bumblebees, but my Spider doesn't seem very interested. I'm going to give him until mid january, then I'm going to put the black belly on her.

a black belly is it's own thing, mix it with something else and see what you get.

To my understanding anyways. There isn't much known on them as stated before ... those who have them and working with them are being very tight lipped.

    Re: Black Bellys ?
Looking at different classified and on youtube, there are alot people out there with "black bellies". The question is, are there different markers other than the black belly? I'm currently working with a male this year that I got out of luck. Is he the real thing......:please:
