How many Mice per 10g Tank?
Im sure this has been asked but my uber searching skills have failed me.
I have a few 10 gallon tanks left over from my Aquarium days. I bought 3 mice 1.2 and had them in 1 - 10 g. Yesterday I came home to a momma and 10 pinkies.
I separated her from the other 2 until the other one pops. Then Both Mommas will be in 1 - 10 g., until the pups are weaned.
Am I doing it right?
Will both moms be ok in 1 10g?
Will the male be ok by himself or should I add another male or a few more females?
I'm only breeding for my own snake and a friends snakes. Any info will be appreciated.

Most of mine are pulled between 3 and 4 weeks old, but like I said, you kind of get a sense of just looking at them if they are ready to go. If left in with mommas, they will continue to nurse, possibly starving out the next brood...
Thanks, I have 8 out of 9 that are free roaming already that I figured were close to being able to move out, I also have 10 fuzzies that were competing for a nipple. So im going to move the little guys out except maybe a few females.
thanks again.
