Pinstripe female Died..

I don't really know how, but I found her dead yesterday afterschool. I think she probably had died sometime during that night because she wasn't rotting or anything. I saw her active just the other day. I had so many breeding plans for her so this sucks, she was just an awesome example.

I already called the breeder and he said at the next show he'll work something out with me so I guess that's alright.

**To add in, she never was interested in food and I only ever got her to eat once through assist feeding her a fuzzy. Though she did digest it just fine but she refused taking any other food after that. Definitely no RI cuz I've checked over her and she was fine.

Thank you, and it's alright, I'll probably find another healthy one at the next expo I go to. And yeah it does suck, Now I'm stuck with more males than females hah:)

Yeah it does really suck. I haven't ever had a Ball python die on me either, so this is kind of a shocker. I just think she might've had some neurological issue since that's what it seemed like, probably from birth since she acted strange in the beginning too.

So sorry Tiff. It is really sad to lose an animal.

Bummer, you should try and figure out what went wrong so it won't happen again and inform us so we can take better care of our ball pythons :(

I had a baby corn snake, 8 grams. Wouldnt eat, he only ate ONCE in one month. I found him one day not to long ago (maybe a week or two ago) in his tub with his tongue out, hardly breathing

I put him down and buried him, So I feel your pain

That sucks girl. Hopefully the breeder will help you out, but how long was it that it wasn't eating? Also, BG hasn't been around. You probably went through the "what should I do" on here right?

Don't worry girl. BG will find someone out your way to help you out. Can't be him though. His ill fans will crucify him for helping a teenage girl with a good heart.:D Maybe one of his ill fans might help you. BG wouldn't mind. 1 Pinstripe female isn't hard for some.

Reminds me of the day the 3 of us was talking in chat. Its a sad thing this world has come to. If a grown man is to help a teenager people jump down their throat screaming accusations. Not everyone in this world is a pedophile some people do just like to help. Sad you cant even do that due to the way people think now days

Sorry to hear you lost her. Losing any animal your attached to is tough. Heck, I even felt a little bad yesterday when I found one of my two original male rats had passed and he just helped make "feeders". It is good to hear that the breeder is going to work with you. Best of luck!

How sad! One of my older snakes had stopped eating and by the time I realized he needed to go to the vet's he had already died. Though this sounds like there wasn't much else you could do for her if she wouldn't eat. You have my sympathies and wishes! Hoping your next baby will be healthy and feed on her own!
