Looks okay to me, I'm no expert but I see nothing wrong there. Might shed soon but that could just be the lighting..

Not just lighting. She is in full blue. I was asking about her laying up on her side lke this. Never seen that kind of behavior before. She has locked up multiple times with Max over the last month. Was curious about ovulation behavior.

Well as far as that goes I know laying fully inverted is a sign, but I've seen my big 2010 girl lay on her side like that before after eating a fat rat, so who knows..maybe it is, maybe it isnt, only time will tell.

Far from ovulation. its normal behavior with all snakes. They lay how ever they feel comfortable.

Females do it more when developing

How ever the other snake bottom left looks under weight, and shouldnt be breeding if thats the case.

This is Max, "the other snake". Does he look under weight? He eats like a pig.

No, I haven't. Don't have access to a scale that reads grams.

If you have a scale that will at least show as little as 1lb, you can use that... Thats what I did, converted it, and my girl weighed in at 1.2 lb's = 544g!

His weight looks fine to me. I would get an accurate scale and weigh him now, though--if he drops 30% or more of his current weight over the winter, he needs to start eating immediately, and it's time to pull him off the girls until next year.

He hasn't stopped feeding. He eats a medium rat every sunday. I haven't seen any weight loss with him so far. I'm pairing them 3 on 3 off so as not to wear him out. He does get rest periods. He actually is of for 4 days. I take him out, feed him the next morning then he gets 3 days to digest.

If you don't have a scale how do you know your females' weight? Are you sure she is up to size for breeding?

She belonged to a local breeder before me, he sold her to me to make room for some morphs he was getting in for his breeding program. She had already produced eggs for him twice.
