Found her in classified, is she a Pastel?

I think we are going to need some better pictures than that. From what I'm looking at there seems to be a little lighter blushing going on, but I can't tell for sure what it is. Closer pictures of the snake in good lighting will help.

That's a pic from the seller, I didn't get her yet. Thanks guys think I'll just go through a breeder so I know exactly what I'm getting

Saves a lot of heartache.

I don't see a pastel but if you go to look at it, look for green eyes! I would go the breeder route myself!

Yeah completely normal. With pastels being only around $50-$75 from a reputable breeder, there is no reason to take that craigslist or classifieds risk on a pastel for $40. Yeah it does honestly look like they just bought it from petco on black friday for dirt cheap and trying to sell it for profit.

She is nice but not pastel, a pastel at store hase blue eyes. Your is black but it has a nice pattern still, if you want her you will get her.

Me i would walk away just because of the box she is in. Simply put.

Pay $40 for a "pastel" from "pet store" or pay $60 for a "pastel" from a "breeder"

And yes i say pe tstore cuz i have NEVER seen a snake sold in a box ANYWHERE else like that but a pet store.

Looks like a normal.
Pastels have green eyes, not blue eyes.

I agree about the box too, unless they feed her in that carrier box, which would be a little foolish, risking an escape through the crevices.

Pass on it and go with a reputable breeder or try to attend a show and take your pick of all the pastels at the show.

I agree, this just screams "flipper" to me. Bought it cheap 'cause it didn't look like the others and then they found out it wasn't what they thought so now they want someone else to make their mistake.

definitely normal. if a pastel is what you're looking for, i would go to a breeder. they're extremely cheap now, especially in the US.

Even if it WERE a pastel, why buy a pastel so brown that it looks like a normal? :confused:
