Depending on coloration the most I'd pay would be $150.

Umm, sold!!! I just got a male and female off craigslist for $50. Both are over 1000 grams, so great deals can be had. As long as you feed she is worth it, then go ahead and buy her, $20 is a steal!
But yes if she was a proven breeder, she would be worth about $125-150.

Awesome looking snakes!! That female normal reminds me of the 2400 gram girl i used to own, she had a great pattern on her!
Congratulations on the pick ups, always a good feeling getting a good deal and giving an animal a good new home!

Yea she walked in my buddy asked if she was selling it. Had her popped came out to be a female so.... I went ahead and bought her. She has stuck shed but meh like i said she was keot as a pet so i dont think she was actually keot under the right conditions. But anyways shes like 3'11" and 1779 grams. I personally think shes a little "thin" for her size but thats just me :P

Thats a good deal! I bought two females last year and paid a $100 each! In Canada, they go for $200-$300 for a breeder size female so I thought I got a deal! LOL! $20 here wouldn't even get you a baby male normal!

Well when we took the snake from her to have a 2nd guy sex, and inspect just as a second opinion. I came back she asked for $30 i told her i had $20 she was like deal.
Im thinking uhh CB normals go for $35 for a 2010 baby. So $20 for a close to 1800 gram female is uhh a good deal. Im sure they spent more then that feeding it
Anyways a closer inspection revels what i thought. She has a little nose rubbing. Looks like maybe some old scars on tip of her nose. One eye cap has looks like creases in it. Thinking maybe retained eye cap as she has some stuck shed.
Nothing she has is "serious" all can be dealt with here.
Im happy about the pick up. I mean i figure i can breed my other spider to my 2000+ gram pastel female and also just throw him in with her to return a profit on the new spider + her that i picked up xD

I'm not saying $150 is the going rate, but that's about the max for that sized snake. Most normals can be found for free or a small rehoming fee. If you were to buy it from a breeder, they seem to want more money.
Seems like a good buy. I'm happy you found a nice snake for a really good price.
Congrats!

I wouldn't go rubbing on her eye or anything, The creases may be from keeping her in too low humidity. Just get her set-up right and I bet the creases go away.

Haha yea i know it was just kinda a "impulse" buy.
Did i really want to buy her? Not really lol
But I mean i can always use her for many things and i had the space so i just went with it :)

She just have some stuck shed on her eye but i do think the crease in her eye is due to lack of humidity looks like its deflating a bit. I actually put water over her heat pad + on the other side to get the humidity in her tub a bit higher then normal for the time being.
