My new Lesser girl - FINALLY!!

After a VERY long wait (8 months), I finally have my little Lesser girl! I found her online back in March, and it took me this long to pay her off & have her shipped. Well worth the wait, though. :) She's just as beautiful as in the photos, and seems to have a nice/shy temperament so far. Now to pick a name for this gal... whaddya think - Portia, Lily or Cordelia?? (sticking with my Shakespeare theme)

Thanks everyone! :gj: I'm thrilled with her, and can't wait to see how she looks as an adult... FYI, she's probably around 10 months old, so that's why she looks big for a "baby." I haven't weighed her yet, but I'm guessing she's around 250-300g.

Oh, and I'll get some better pics once she's settled in & fed. I actually tried feeding her tonight (mostly because I had a leftover), but she only struck defensively - then turned the strikes on me, when I tried to remove the mouse. Whoops! :oops: Guess she's not ready for food quite yet, so I'll wait until next Thursday to offer again. Otherwise she seems fine, and has been sleeping comfortably in her hide all day.

She is a super beautiful looking lesser and I'm going to be the odd one out and say she looks like a Lily. Plus it would be a nice alliteration "Lily the Lesser."

Muchas gracias, everyone! Still debating over the name, since I like them all... and the general consensus here seems to be Portia, while on my other BP forum it's Cordelia. Oy! :rolleyes: Not that it really matters, but I like having names for the snakes in my permanent collection.

She's doing well, btw, and seems pretty comfortable in her tub - spends most of her time in the hide, but I did catch her stretched out a bit earlier. She is just so pretty, it's hard to resist bothering her during the "settling week." :oops:
