a little of this and that ;)
Here are a few pictures of my small collection. Everyone is doing so well, growing fast ! The BP's are almost double the size they were when I got them. They are now on 2 rat pups each per feeding. They have eaten live at the breeders, but took to F/T right away. They never hesitate ;)

All of them are calm, sweet snakes as well !!
None of the pictures have been enhanced, but there are some in the sun, some in the shade and a couple indoor ones :)

First of all, the male "Superblast". Only one picture, because he is actually still at the breeder. He just took his 5th meal (live rat fuzzies) so he is coming home end of this week. I will make new pictures once he arrives. The flash has washed him out in the picture, in person (breeder lives nearby) he looks incredibly colorful. The yellow looks like a highlighter and the light colors almost look like pale lavender. He just glows :)

Next my female Bumblebee "Maya". She is a delightful bugger. Very curious and calm, nothing fazes her. Great eater as well ! I just love her :)

Next my female Pastel Lesser "Lestada". She too is a calm and easygoing snake. Great eater and a joy !! Her colors are hard to capture. She has intense colors, the yellow is bright and the blushing and dark areas have great contrast. Very clean, too. Love her...

Next my male Pastel Yellowbelly (no name as of yet). I like his busy pattern and strong color contrast. His yellow is very saturated. His sire stayed very clean and yellow into adulthood, so I'm hoping my boy will, too :) Great eater and very sweet. Love him (yeah, I love them all, LOL)

Last one is not a BP, but she is part of my collection, so a couple of pics of my Angolan Python "Zina". She is so different from the BP's despite the similar look. A great eater and a very sweet snake. You just have to make sure she knows its not feeding time when you take her out, LOL. Love her, too ;)

Thank you for looking at my collection. Its small, but I really enjoy each and every snake. They are well loved pets and possible future breeders. :)

I'm contemplating adding one more female. If I end up doing so, it will by a "Fire Fly". I have my eye on one of Mike Wilbanks snakes ;) I really wanted to stop at 4 BP's, but we'll see...

    Thank you :)

You know, Angolans are really coming down in price now. More and more of them available. I'm really glad about that, because they are great snakes to have and would love to see more of them around :)

I just wish I had a better picture of the Superblast. In person he blew me away. He is so much more colorful and bright. But good things come to those who wait, I'll have him in my hands soon enough :) Then a bit more patience to get him settled and feeding, and I shall make many pictures !!

Zina is really nice. I thought they were more like BP's, but I find them quite different. But great snakes to have around :)

I'm really glad I was able to get him ! Fell in love with him at first sight (picture).

This is a picture of his "dad". If my boy gets even half as nice, I'll be a happy camper :)

I know, that head pattern is so cool. I know that head patterns are not genetic, LOL, but I like to look at that pretty girl. She is well loved :)

And about Zina. Yeah, she is a bit different :rolleye2:

Aw, finally someone that noticed my Maya. She may not be the "coolest" morph, but I really love that snake. For a snake, she just has such a cool personality. Hard to explain, but I'm really attached to her :) I got her from
    Justin at "bamasmith".

As I started my way down the page, I said to myself:

Superblast - great; gotta comment on that gorgeous snake.
Bee - Oh my god that is one of the nicest bees I have seen; and I have 5 of them...
Pastel Lesser - Holy crap; I know I want one, but can I find one as nice as that?

And so it went; each and every animal as gorgeous as the last and topped with a nice Angolan! My buddy has a gorgeous pair of Angolans and I hope to obtain one of his hatchlings when they breed.

Your taste in snakes is very similar to mine and I must say again you have acquired absolutely gorgeous examples of each individual species/morph.

Congratulations and enjoy your precious gems.

Your ball pythons, every single one is absolutely gorgeous. However, every time I see pictures of your Angolan python it makes me want one more and more! And her hunting video, that was hilarious, I have never seen a snake of any kind wag it's tail while in "feeding" mode.

Absolutely gorgeous animals, each and every one of them! I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite, as they are all prime examples of their morphs. And Zina is just plain awesome! LOVED the video! Is the tail-wagging a typical hunting response for angolans? Or is she just special? :giggle: She really is amazing!

Thank you :) Hm, I don't know, I've never heard of another snake doing that. I've seen them vibrate/rattle their tails, but not wag like that. Its almost like a cat that is hunting, as she really puts some swing into it !!

WOW!! All of your snakes are extremely beautiful examples of their morphs. But that bumblebee is unreal. The bees I've seen hat big have alreayd toned down, the yellow has faded and they strongly resemble spiders. But your bee looks the same as a freshly hatched bee. Amazing snakes, you should be proud.

Aw, thanks :) My bee is actually only about 315 gr. , so still a young one. She is starting to sometimes look more 'smudgy' then she used to be, but she is still really pretty to me. The pictures were taken yesterday, so that is what she currently looks like. I hope she won't completely darken up, but I'm happy with her regardless :)
