Overweight?

Unfortunately I don't have other / better pictures at the moment.
Based on the pictures below, would you say (looking at the proportions) that she is overweight or ok ?

Cool, I was a bit worried as she used to be quite chunky when she got out of the shop but I want to breed her 2011/12 and the last thing I need is an overweight female - I would rather wait if needed :)

If she was a Corn snake, yes. But for a Ball Python, she's fine.

Thanks. A shame that she is still AT LEAST 3-500 grams away from breeding weight and I dont want to push it. My Lesser boy is doing well too and will also be ready next year. Can't wait to see if I'll beat the odds ;-)

She looks great--if she's under 1500 grams/3 years old, she is going to be putting most of that food into growth, and isn't likely to get fat, so no worries.

She is a late 08 / early 09 and around 1200 grams empty :)

She'll produce 50% Lesser / 50% BELs .. going to breed her with my Lesser boy next year :)

At 1200g now, she may very well be ready late in the season ;)

Would be pushing it a bit :P I just get her nice big and chunky for next year - plus my Lesser boy is just 120 or so grams .. :D
