Specials make what?

In honor of Pat Long's post about his Pastel Special, I'm posting up more about them.

Specials are a base morph, and they, combined with Mojaves or Lessers or Butters and possibly even Het Russos (which has yet to be done), make Crystals of various forms.

Pastel Specials are a double co-dom, and they make the Pastel Crystal when combined with a Mojave.

Here is a good example of a Pastel Mojave, a Pastel Crystal (made with a Mojave), and a Crystal (also made from a Mojave, from left to right).

Notice the head color difference between the Pastel Crystal and the Crystal...

I love them!!! I am curious to see what they do with het platties, and het russos. The mystic crystal is pretty sweet!!

u forgot some. the titanium is a pewter special and the energyball (which is a mojo het pied x special). and of course the super special.

thats the one that i remind of right now, but i think therere more...

Yes, I was just talking about Crystals in my post.

Specials have made some amazing combinations over the years for sure.

Russ, I am working on the Crystal Butter and a few other Special combos. It always seems that the the boys and girls you want most to bred and drop clutches...DON'T!! :colbert:
