What is this before I buy it?
There is a snake for sale out here that Im looking at. They say they have no idea if its a normal or not, a friend gave it to them. So Im looking here for some help. What do you think?

Looks like a normal to me, though the pictures are not that great.

However, it does have a very nice reduced pattern. The pattern looks a bit like that of a Spider but I doubt it's a Spider. Not the best pictures, but even if it's a normal it would be a great looking BP to have.

see I was thinking possibly a spider, but wasnt sure. Love the reduced pattern though. Only asking $70 obo, but they say they think its a male, so Im on the fence on this one

Have you seen the snake in person? It kinda looks like someone played with the colors a bit.It looks like a very reduced patterned snake at the least

Even if it's a male, i've never seen a reduced pattern like that on a normal before.

If I was going to breed i'd definitly pick that guy up. Could be an awesome dinker project.

No havent seen it in person yet. It's local here in town, but they live on the other side of town, so havent made it out there yet.

The first pic shows the best shot of the head which IMO does not have the spider head pattern

weird... i'm going to vote VERY reduced patterned normal. in my opinion, the lines along the side are too thick for a spider pattern.. :weirdface

Male or not, that is a stunning snake, and I'd sure buy it.

I have two normals who look almost identical. (Mine are het. Pied, but there are normals like that too)

Just reduced pattern normals. Very clean, I love reduced patterns.:)

Yep, reduced pattern normal. Maybe you can breed him to one of your females, and get some reduced pattern in your bloodlines.

Well it was going for $75 or best offer, but I missed out, he was gone by the time I was able to go get him and he went for $50 (tank and all included) :( Im pretty sad, he was a georgous snake. Thanks so much everyone for the help with him anyway though. Was gonna pick him up based on everyones replies, just didnt get to him in time. Maybe next time

It is definately not a spider! For $50 or even $75 for tank and all, I would have grabbed it and hoped for a morph! Usually if someone doesn't know what it is and someone else gave it to them, its uaually a normal! People usually don't give away morphs!

So does that mean mine isn't a spider because he doesn't have enough white on his sides ?

im pretty sure thats not only a spider but one of the coolest ones i've seen.

as for the snake that was in question, defently not a spider, tho if that was a female I easily would of got it just for the pattern, my only other normal has a tribal looking pattern kinda like that, I like it.
