It's hard to tell anything from the pic. Is there a protrusion sticking out? If so, it is probably a prolapse. If the scale is just raised up, could it be an infection? Is the belly right before the cloaca swollen like with fluid?

No and ya something is kinda sticking out and no as in there is no swelling or fluid build up

I can't quite tell from the pics.. is the protrusion 'fleshy'?

    I'd guess prolapse.

No matter, I'd say time for a vet visit.

It kinda looks fleshy but I'm not quite sure of any reptile vets around the fort myers area, ill look into finding one in the morning but as for the area it doesn't seem as if it hurts her in one bit I was looking at it and touching the area around it and even pressed on the scale and she did not even flinch or attempt to strike, but if anyone could help me out I would be extremely thankful as this is my wifes baby pastel RTB

Looks like a prolapse, whch means a vet visit. Put her on paper towel substrate until you find that vet.

A better picture, maybe from a real camera could help. A few different angles couldn't hurt either. I think all of us are willing to help, but we're not going to just throw out bad info based on poor pictures.

You are the one seeing it in real terms, if you have concerns, go to a vet.

Remember internet help is worth exactly what you pay for it.
