Canned Replies not working for me

Are the Canned Replies working yet with the new software?

I get nothing when I try to use them.

Hey guys,

Can you give me some details on your browser specs?

Are you selecting canned reply (and it shows up) and then submitting it - and it doesn't appear?

I just tried my canned replies and it is not showing up either. I thought maybe it was hidden or something but I tried hitting post reply and it is saying I have to write something.

When you select your canned reply it does not show up in the reply box at all...

My canned replies work just fine, I use Google Chrome though.

How do you even know what you use?

Is internet explorer 8 a browser?

IE 8.06
I can click on the Canned Replies icon. My Canned Reply will appear in the drop down window. I can click on the reply, then nothing happens.
It does not show in the message.

BTW, in this new software package, where do I go to ensure my canned reply is actually still there? I can't seem to find it in my user profile.

I have 7.0.6

I have selected the canned reply. The drop down worked correctly. I looked in my user cp to see if it was still working. It is. I thought it may have been an issue with my photo sharing acct being down graded, but that one is near the top of the list, so it was not affected. When I select the reply from the drop down, it gives me an error in the bottom left corner of the browser. This is what it says....:

Okay Nate, I think I know what's happening, I just don't know why it's happening.

When you click on Reply to Message, you get the new screen with the cursor flashing within the new message body.

When you click on your Canned Replies, the cursor goes away from within the body of the message. If I'm not mistaken, when you do this with the old software, the cursor would always continue to blink within the body of the message. So, for some reason, it's losing it's place within the body of the message when you click onto your canned replies.

My guess is that when you lose the blinking cursor the canned reply can't copy your repliy to the body of the message. Seems like it gets lost.

OK - I updated some code - please try now and let me know if it works.

Also, do you have some of your canned replies set to "Shared" ?

I can see them - and just want to make sure you meant to do that :)

I think I am getting the hang of this beta tester thingy...:D

What is interesting is I have 2 "Welcomes" in my canned replies now. Mine and Jim Smith's - lol. Don't know how that happened but at least my canned replies works now. I will delete his canned reply from my canned replies though.
