Do you have a reptile room that is kept at a constant temperature? I thought (but could be wrong) that the Freedom Breeders were open air which require a stable room temp. This could influence your decision.
Also, I've heard GREAT things about Reptile Basics and don't see them listed, so didn't answer the poll.

I have an rbi rack. The top tub sticks like crazy. There was nothing on the top of the rack. Other than that I really like rbi racks. I will probaly try animal plastics racks next time I need a rack.

    Re: Which rack
I have three different racks which are A.R.S. Caging, Reptile Basics, and Animal Plastics. In my opinion Reptile Basics is the best for me, the rack comes with two rows of 10watts of heat tape. Compare to Animal Plastics which only comes with one row of 6watts of heat tape. A.R.S. Caging is a good rack but the only thing I dislike is that the tubs are in an open environment. At the end all racks are great! You just need to find which one is best for you…good luck.

I currently own 9 Reptile Basics racks and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing more in the future.

    RBI pros:
    -Durable investment quality racks
    -Comes already assembled
-Good prices (shipping included in the price)
    -Very quick turnaround time
-Rich's customer service is 2nd to none.

I have RBI, used Freedom and AP too...Much depends on your budget, your room set-up, the number of snakes you need to house and what you want...But you can't go wrong with RBI!!!

I currently have freedom breeder and vision racks. I like vision better. For the price and functionality, it works best for me.

What size tubs are you looking for? If you're looking for CB70 sized tubs, Sentec is another viable option.

I bought a snake from Eric back in March. He had a couple of his 10 tub racks at his place. They are really nice racks and price is pretty reasonable. The only thing I wish he would do is offer a belly heat option.

Yeah they are, we do some work with extruded aluminum at my shop, the stuff is sturdy. The first rack I built a few years back used the same stuff they do. You could always add belly heat yourself, but it tends to be a little more work to set up. You either have to use a really long piece of flexwatt and weave it back and forth between the levels or wire a bunch of short pieces together.

I prefer Reptile Basics racks. I have used them in the past and will be buying another before Christmas. Good quality and Rich is easy to deal with.
