It's an OK example. But I've seen far better, and far worse for that matter.

Those look like two different snakes. I think the top one looks good. I'm not sure about the second one. If you look close, the top one has a mustache and the bottom one doesn't.

I really don't know if the mustache is an enchi trait or not. I was just pointing out how it looked like two different animals. Here read NERD's expo on enchi's:

The photos couldn't be at less alike angles if you planned it that way. But I do not think there is sufficient evidence to say they're different animals. I looked for points of commonality in the pattern, and found what MIGHT be one...but it was very difficult to do.

The change in appearance from new hatchling to neonate can be dramatic. I don't see a mustache on the hatchling photo, and the neonate photo is at the wrong angle to see nose markings.

I agree it's an ok Enchi, not phenomenal.

Oh, I was reading it all wrong. In my defense though it does not say anywhere that those are two different animals. Just that he was 'buying one of these.' I thought it meant buying an enchi, not a choice between those two.

Well then it begs the question as to whether or not they're the same morph?

The Top one is a fresh hatchling, hasn't even shed yet so it isn't really at a good point to judge. The bottom one is a sub-par enchi.

Im guessing your looking for an enchi. The first one looks pretty good, but you cant really see the entire snake. The second looks like a pretty low grade enchi in my opinion.
