Re: Paradox Albino Pied
Eh, orange. Too orange... Anyway, yeah I like paradoxes, however it always makes me think: Which of the snakes, if this is a hybrid, has the genitals?
-
Re: Paradox Albino Pied
thats pretty hot... insane price increase for something thats not genetic.

Re: Paradox Albino Pied
Yeah I saw this on fauna. At first I couldnt believe it. The orange on the ball is crazy. I have never seen such deep and intense colors like that on a ball.

Re: Paradox Albino Pied
Its what the orange in a Pied will do to the yellow of a Albino. I like

No, I definitely mean which organism of the two that make up the chimera (paradox) is the one whose genetics controlled the production of the genitals.
It would be sad if you bred it to an albino and the smaller of the two controlled the genitals and it was a normal or only a het albino. This is, once again, assuming the Paradox is a chimera, as has been theorized many times.

Well, chimera is different than hybrid, which is what you first said. It's certainly not a hybrid - it's 100% ball python! :)

Re: Paradox Albino Pied
Oh, right, didnt mean hybrid that way, incorrect usage. I was trying to use it as the combination of two organisms (as a chimera is) and not as a crossing of two different species.A chimera is the combination of 2 organisms within one body. It's like having a tumor then it being tested and finding out that that ball of tissue is actually your brother who you absorbed in the womb. From what I recall this is what Paradoxes are theorized to be, with the group of one color being one organism and the other color being another organism living inside of the same body.

Re: Paradox Albino Pied
It's so beautiful...
I'm somewhat debating if I should buy it, or pay tuition. HMM.
