I Swear, The Internet Is Trying To Make Me Get a Snake.
And I wish I could! XD I cannot, sadly, as my parents greatly dislike snakes (well, not just snakes, but mostly keeping animals. I had to fight hard to keep my two bettas). I just have to keep telling myself "only 6 more months, only 6 more months".

But seriously now. A great looking bumblebee, that close to me, and at that price? You would think that the interent is saying 'Nomi, you can keep this snake secretly in your closet. You can label the snake tub 'old socks', they'll never look!" Oh, internet.

Cowtown? But I'm not in Clagary! I'm already moving out to Ontario for college, so any threat to leave earlier might just result in them throwing a party.

Just wait until you get to a place and time that will allow you to keep a snake without having to hide it. Since you live in your parents house and you know how they feel, if they found out you were keeping an animal secretly could lead to a betrayal of trust that won't be easily healed. Just my opinion...

Don't worry, that was entirely a joke. I would not get a pet of any type to keep in my parents house without them knowing about it.

Ah, looks like it sold. I shouldn't be sad, since I could not have purchased it anyway.

10 years ago when I got my first BP, I was living with my mom and my stepdad. She didn't mind me having a snake but he's absolutely grossed out by them. I managed to get them to say yes at the condition that he would never see it. I had my tank completely covered except the front, and she was always in her hide. When I moved out and he saw how big she had gotten, he was like :O

    lol

But yeah I wouldn't recommend just sneak it in. Althought I am keeping a few BP in show boxes in my apartment now, but that's another story...

Oh no, I would never sneak a pet in. A snack, maybe. A snake, not so much. The weird thing is, my mom seems to like snakes well enough. It seems to be they disagree with this whole 'pet' thing (apart from their dog, that is). I just need either a brain washing machine or I need to wait just a few months more.

Man I wish that worked at the bank:

I really want to get this snake, it's not being worked on by many breeders and as such is a solid investment. They're only 5 grand.
