Welcome to BP.net!
As far as eating goes, make sure all her needs are met. I highly recommend feeding f/t but some will only take live. If you do feed live, remember to supervise closely! Can you describe your cage set-up? It might make it easier for us to help. B-e-a-utiful normal BP with a precious face!
You really can't tell a het by looking at it. Only way is by breeding it, and that could take awhile. She is very gorgeous!
Why did you pay so much for her?

Re: my 1st female BP!
Can you give us a shot of her belly. I would almost believe she's an extemely browned out pastel, but I'm not sure her eyes are light enough. Not to mention her head stripe.
She has some really nice blushing.

I don't think it was a bad deal. She looks pretty big. I'm not sure where you are from but here in the states a girl that is at breeder weight or close too, will cost anywhere from $100 to $200. A baby female pastel costs roughly $150-$200. If she's a big girl and you paid the price of a baby pastel, I would say it was an OK deal.
Also
No one but the breeder could tell you if she was a het. Even then, you would need a respectable breeder to believe whatever they said.

As someone else said, it's a reasonable cost for a large animal like that. I myself am considering spending $100 to $150 for a totally normal female...of breeding weight. :D
