The top 5 reasons you continue to return to this forum.....

again....and again.....and yet again! I've been a member for almost 4 1/2 yrs, and have visited other forums, but haven't found any at all like this one..:P ..I'm a BP.net addict. ;)
So, what are the top 5 reasons you keep coming back (or always hang around, for that matter) ?

1. To make friends.
2. Find local "peeps" with the same passions as me.
3. See beautiful pictures of rockin' animals!
4. Get answers to my questions. (not just about snakes)
5. moral support. :P

1. Morphs, morphs, morphs! I wanna see what's new, and the classics, too.
2. Knowledge. New (to me) info is always cropping up.
3. Keep an eye out for local animals for sale/shows.
That's... all I can come up with? Haha, who needs 5 anyways?

I could only think of one

1.Why not? :D

1. To see all the insane BP's out there. SOOOOO MANY!!!!
2. To soak up all the info I can and use it to help others.
3. It's a place for fiends like me and all the other herp owners to chat.
4. B/c it has the :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
5. B/c BP.Net ROCKS!

Those are my 5 reasons and I'm stickin to 'em...

My sister made me, she loves this board....I've had one of my BP's for over 20years and never thought to join a group like this...odd:rolleyes:

1. Pics, baby! ;)
2. To ask questions about my little abuja.
3. To interact socially.
4. Because this place is just so friendly, honestly!

I know that's only 4, but those are the only reasons!

Well it's like a family I mean I have spent almost everyday since joining BP.net seeing how everyones day has been. It's just like family is my one and only answer.

1. To help people on this site the most I can.
2. The diversity! Bp.net is full of people who like all types of animals and things.
3. Familiarity. I've been browsing this site since I got my first Ball Python.
4. The lovely photography.
5. To meet and interact with old and new friends. :)

My top five reasons:

1. Meeting locals near me that enjoy reptiles like I do, none of my current friends really like them.
2. I get to learn things that I had not known before, and can ask questions.
3. This site keeps me updated on all of the new ball python morphs.
4. I love seeing the pictures of other people's collections.
5. Of course I love showing off my collection to people who actually want to see them!

Because I have a wife and 4 kids.

I like the cross section of people that come here.
The Mods are good enough to have my respect.
Ball Pythons are a really neat snake. This is the best site devoted to them.
The main reason I keep coming back though is a fascination with the interactions, actions and reactions of the members.

1) bigg guns.
2) morph pics!
3) advice
4) to help with advice
5) you guys and gals have the same interests!

1. Learning! There is SO much useful reptile information available here!

2. A sense of community with other folks who are into the reptile hobby, which is unfortunately largely misundertood and not appreciated by the general public everywhere.

3. Networking. Forums are a great way to get your business name out there and find people you might want to do business with in the future.

4. This is a great place to come with herp-related questions and to get free instant advice from experts.

5. It feeds the addiction! I think forums are almost as addictive as snakes. I am a member on a whole bunch of reptile-related forums, but ball-pythons.net is definitely one of the best! :)

I like herp forums because being a snake lover is a lonely gig.

I choose this forum because the staff are the very best.

For those of you that talked about the staff...awww...thanks!!! Ok I have to tell you I found this website because my son's very first snake took 4 hours to eat a mouse once and I was feaking out. :rolleyes:

Since then...I have found everyone to be so nice and welcoming! For the most part...no cattiness. It is also nice to talk to others that share the same interest and don't look at you like you are a freak of nature.

I also found a site to talk to ppl in regards to snakes..funny things they do, questions etc. I have learned so so much.

It also turned me on to the whole world of morphs.....(and so it began)...:P Not to mention other reptiles in general.

Plus I love to share what I know with other newbies that were in the same spot I was almost a year ago.
