Just Got My First Piebald!! *Pics*

First of all this is my first post so let me start by saying HI!! I've been reading the forums for a while now and have found it to be a great source of information. I wanted to share some pics of my pied with you guys. He finished shedding last night and is currently at 142 grams.

The percentage arguement agai;, prefer mine low to 50% but he's gorgeous & lets face it, don't think I've ever seen an ugly pied. Such a beautiful & random morth, enjoy.

Wait a tic, do I see a thermostat probe sticking up in the air inside the enclosure? Unless you've got some special plan involving that, check this out. Actually, that's not the thread I was thinking of and I don't know where it is... Well, the thermostat probe should go directly on the UTH. This is just in case you didn't know.

I'm still jealous. Pieds are something amazing.

Thanks for all the comment guys.. your right that is the probe. I was testing the ambient temperature in the middle of the cage at that point. I'm aware lol

Seriously do you have a problem with me? How about showing a little consideration and respect for my situation. I posted this thread the other day but I have already had him for 2 weeks. As I mentioned the other day in faunaclassifieds I had a recent death in the family and was an unfortunate event and is extremely difficult for me to deal with right now. That is the reason I need to sell him. I had to use credit cards to help to pay for funeral arrangements and my credit cards have high interest rates so I am selling him to pay off the cards. I thought by mentioning this in faunaclassifieds you would have understood. Guess not, I am not asking to open an argument just please try to understand. I am asking for that price because that is what 60-70 % piebalds go for. Go to kingsnake or faunaclassifieds so you can match prices. I hope by me writing this it can clear some things up. I am not trying to rip anyone off or anything like that. Thank you

Sorry, I haven't had time to post him for sale here. I just posted pictures as you can see here the other day. I've actually had him already 2 weeks I just got around to having my friend come take some photos with his professional camera. The reason I am selling is because I had a recent death in my family and needed the cash to help pay some funeral bills. I had no choice but to use a high interest credit card so I put him for sale to help pay the credit card so I can pay the least amount on high interest. I have nothing against u selling him whatsoever. If you look at the time I posted this before i posted that question on fauna. I am the first person to understand having to sell something due to unfortunate circumstances. Good luck with the sale :gj:

It's a beautiful pied and I like what I could see of the setup, too. Sorry to hear about your loss and having to sell this little guy. Hope things get better.

I can assure you there is nothing odd about it, Perhaps if I was to say i'm selling my piebald for $300 with free shipping, now that would be something odd. But when I am showing pictures of the actual snake and stating I am not shipping. I welcome people to come locally and take a look at him. The reason for the above post is simple, just like other people I would say most, are always attempting to add new snakes to their collection. I am I was looking to add another pied to my collection however due to my on going circumstances I cannot. I urge most of you to please not judge me, I am giving the opportunity for local buyers to come see the snake in person. The last thing I am trying to do is rip someone off.

Jeez, give the guy a break already :( Even if he didn't have a recent death in the family, it is his animal to sell or keep as he sees fit. I don't think it is anyone's business on what he decides to do. I'm sorry to hear of your loss :(
