Royal Q's First Clutch..odds..not so good!

Lesser to a Normal, I got 9 eggs. They ended up being 7 normals and 2 Lessers. At least the lessers are female!..All are nice and plump and happy, which is what is important!

Congrats! Not the best odds, but it's better than nothing. :gj: The lessers are really pretty,and the normal on bottom right has an awesome pattern!

Sorry about the odds Charlie but those look like some hot Lessers.

Oh Charlie - I can feel your pain! I had two clutches of lemon pastels my first season, for a total of 10 eggs, and only 2 lemon pastels and 8 normals - so I completely get that feeling!

However - those are all pretty babies, including the normals! Congratulations!

I dont want to go to OT, but I wanted to let you know that I got that female mojave back in september in the trade, and she is pushing 630 grams now, doing great, next time im in the market for a BP, ill be emailing you!

If it makes you feel any better, I just cut open my first clutch of the year (spider x normal) to find 6 normals and only 1 spider out of 7 eggs...
