Either of those would make nice combos with those choices :)

I personally wouldn't get the butter just because I don't think butter/lesser pastels are all that impressive. If you can scrape some extra cash together I would get a fire fly. You could make some pretty amazing snakes with one of those considering what you already have.

I would go with butter, they just shine. Fires are awsome but if your looking for somthing to brighten up your collection either will do! Good luck!

I chose butter; with your current collection, you can make butter bees, butter pastels, butter black pastel (though i think i havent seen one), w/c i think (IMO) is way better than firefly, fire spider, fire black pastel. :)

Id go Fire all the way. Butters mixed with those are all great, but since not all pastels make good looking pastel butters/lessers there is a better chance of you producing something nice like the forsure-sunyellow FireFlys.

Most have not seen what a fire can do to clean up a co-dom morph its amazing what they look like!

I would say fire hands down! Though as John said if you could scrape together the extra cash for a firefly you could really do some amazing stuff, and you would probally make that money back on the first clutch.

I voted fire only because you have 4 pastel females(fireflys). If I were you I would decide by deciding which super I liked more. But thats just me.;)

I love blue eyed lucys and black eyed lucys. I have both a fire and lessers in my collection, but if I had to choose between both mutations I'd pick the lesser because I like the blue eye's more.

having 6 females one of each wouldnt hurt..... I would breed butter to black pastel, spider, and 1 pastel female, breed the fire to the other 3 pastel females...... then having that many double co-dom offspring that are unrelated to breed back together think black butterxfirefly or butterbeexfirfly, even firefly back to different pastel female and suppafly

A butter is just a lighter line of lessers.
Get a Fire, totaly different genes than a butter or lesser.

You mean a darker line? I have seen many Lessers much lighter than the butters I have seen.

To be honest, I'm a little unclear on the difference myself, but butters definitely aren't lighter...not generally speaking.

    Lesser: http://www.pythons.com/images/stories/lesser290.jpg

As you can see, the butter is darker, but has much richer coloration, with more orangish and brown tones, while the Lesser is very pale and has lots of light yellow.
