Great setups, but I would take that tape out of the snake enclosures ASAP before they get themselves stuck to it.... Accident waiting to happen!

It seems like every time i build a new bin for my mice one of them gotta test me !!! some extra hardware cloth took care of that problem !!! just for that escape try he got the death penalty , and my pastel is turning him into poop right now!

what else could i use to keep the probes where i want them ? that has happened to me one time in the past ! what do you use ? when it happened i just soaked the snake like it was having a bad shed and the glue on the tape just kinda disinerated . anything new i can learn is great .

Hot glue works really well :) Completely non toxic and dries very quickly.

Just make one the bottom holes a little larger and run the probe in through that and right under the substrate to where you need it...

For some reason I like that escaped mouse pic. He was probably thinking, "Please don't see me, Please don't see me..."

Kaorte...good catch I was going to say the same thing. Invest the 5-10 bucks and get a glue gun...they are awesome!!! Don't know what I did without it. I use it in my tanks and enclosures with the lizards as well to put up plants! So much easier and cleaner and no worries about anyone sticking to anything. ;)

cute little set ups here! Im going to do a rack system come july but until then.. ive got my kids in glass tanks.

this is sorta old - the big tank on the bottom is now where my spider is. it used to hold two leopard geckos but they have now moved to another tank and room.
but..in this pic it was top - spider, middle - normal, bottom lepgeckos and the 20gH to the left is my crested geckos..

my normals tank is under construction so no pics right now lol..
    20gL for spider now

poor boy has outgrown his cool hide.. he loves it but the lid wont stay shut anymore lol

i think even after i get a rack system im still going to have at least one glass tank. love the look of a natural tank =]
