Thanks everyone,The funny part of the story is that i found him in my stepbrothers appartment. The guy who use to live there said he got out and he could not find him. It was about 6 weeks between the time the guy moved out and the time i found him.

Thanks the appartment manager was just going to kill it but my stepbrother stoped her and gave me a call. And I went out and picked him up. When I got there she had it under a bucket(kids sand bucket) in some sort of sports bag. when I got there I went to take him out they told he he would bite me and when I asked why he would do that they said that he tried to bite them when they were puting the bucket over him.
