Need to find African Soft Furred Rats?
I have been looking all over the place for breeders of African Soft Furred Rats(ASFR), but I can't find any since the rodents themselves aren't too popular.

If you could find someone who is selling or breeding ASFR in Ohio, that would be fantastic! I am looking to breed them and use them as food for my ball python :)

    Cheers,
    Mackenzie

I know :( That is why I am looking so hard for them. They get problem feeders eating again in no time, and they are pretty profitable, too. They are definitely something to invest into... Only trouble is, I can't find any to!

Ha ha... I've been told that ASFR aren't as popular because of that exact reason :D I'll definitely check out the Columbus reptile expo, hopefully I find some ASFR!

It seems like they're difficult to find in Ohio & West Virginia. Argh! I wish we could find some here.

No, I've only been to a few of the Ohio shows. Is there any good ASFR breeders in Pittsburgh?

Sorry, I don't know anyone out there. You could come out to Chicago and pick up a breeding colony from me though. PM me if you want.

hey, i have 10 breeding quads right now and about 30.30 in separate grow out tanks. my first litters arent really big enough to feed off or breed yet though.
i'm just getting started with my asf's but i would imagine i'll have way more than i need. i have 12 snakes currently.
im in greenville, about 45 mins northwest of dayton. i'd have no problem hooking you up as soon as my "system" balances out

I have started to breed ASF's and am located just north of Pittsburgh, PA. I have some babies now, but are small. Hoping for several large colonies in the next couple months. I also have mice available.
