What type of pastel is the best

Whats the best type of pastel for combos super and in general¿

I wouldn't say any one pastel line is better if that is what you are asking. Just pick the brightest, cleanest looking baby. Go for lots of yellow.

For adults, the least browned out is best.

Depends on what you like. I like Graziani line pastels, but there are good and not so good examples of every line. And you can take a stellar pastels and make not so stellar babes depending on how you breed it.

From what I have seen Graziani pewters for example still have a bright yellow undertone, some do not want that much yellow in a pewter but personally I do. Soooooo...

nope... I just use hungarian names for all my pastels.

I have a xenia and a zsu-zsi as well. :)

honestly the best pastel is the one that catches your eye

I would buy one at a show so you can see several different individual Pastels, and compare them all. If you cannot do that, there are tons of adult males for sale for cheap. Look those ads over, and if you find one that still has a decent amount of yellow, buy him.

As said before, it depends on what you are looking for. We have Graziani, Nerd Lemon, and Matrix blond pastel lines in our collection. (We also have Cinnamon and Black pastels, but I don't think you were refering to the darkener pastels! lol)

IMO, I like our blond pastel. She wasn't the brightest pastel in her youth, but she just keeps getting brighter and brighter as she gets older. :gj:

The best type would be a 1.0 super pastel in MY own collection, unfortunately, don't have one yet...

So all pastels are the same and compatible? If you breed a graziani to a nerd lemon you get brighter yellow supers?
