    Well, that settles it!!
You may remember I very recently posted this thread

Well.. I checked on Mithril tonight and when I peeked through her tub with the aid of a flashlight, I noticed something a little... odd. Could it be?

I lifted the lid and peeked inside..sure enough, she was coiled around some eggs! Frantically, I set up a incubation box and turned on my back up incubator, trying to get it calibrated. Once I got the darn thing set up I carefully removed mama from her eggs (she was very good, just a little hiss!) and candled the eggs. All five of them are fertile with big veins.

I am so freaking excited. I just hope that I don't botch this up. We'll see in two months, I guess :D :snake:

If you didn't check the other thread, I did not breed Mithril. I bought her at a show back in January and she showed no signs of being gravid. She must have retained the sperm. So this is a mystery clutch!

Definitely! As long as I can correctly incubate the darn things..haha. Hoping for the best over here... and I'm also hoping Mithril will go back on food! She wasn't optimal breeding weight unfortunately and now she's all thin :(

I got a hobuvator I bought off lllreptile a couple years back. I aquired a coke machine from a guy in PA. I turned it into an incubator ( little over ayear later) by drilling a simple hole ot run a probe and a extention cord though and foil taped the flexwatt inside it. ( 4in all the way from the top of one side to the top the other side, so I got a big u shaped piece that heats the unit up pretty nice. using an ESU thermostat to control it . )

There are a couple DYI under the dyi section. they are simple and nice ones to a more complexed type.

What a good mama, you almost can't see the eggs she coiled so tight!

Hopefully she'll start eating for you and put some weight back on.

I'll be watching with everyone else to see how they develop.

Thanks, all! I am extremely excited. The eggs are still looking good despite my jerry rigged incubation container and all is well. :) Temperatures are stable...

Here's hoping she was bred to a nice codom morph :D Haha.. I can dream.

Mithril is doing well and I will be trying to feed her in the next day or two.

Briz, you called it! Nice! :D
