Do you need help learning the proper way to feed your snake? That method is just about guaranteed to end up with a non-eating snake. :(

If you were coming here to learn how to feed that snake (if it's yours) then you came to the right place. If a snake hits his head multiple times like that it could cause discomfort for the snake and cause him to not eat. I know that many times while feeding one of mine will miss and smack the side of the tub. After that they tend to just shy away from the food.
If you're going to feed like that you can place the feeder in without the plastic bin so the snake can just grab it. You probably should have put down the video recorder and fixed the issue rather than watching it happen.

Okay, so imagine that you're really hungry and someone puts a plate of food in front of you. You run forward to eat it, but you smack into something hard. And again. Don't you think that would hurt? Duh.

Cool your jets there buster..name calling is no way to win friends and influance people.. We're merely trying to help. Any one that trys to feed their snake with the mouse still in the Kritter carrier at first glance looks like some one that needs gentle direction. Now If you knew better and did it any way thats a different story..

But flying off the handle isn't going to help your case.

That was a horrible comparison. I guess most of us would just immediately fix the problem instead of seeing our snake in pain, that's all.

Re: My ball python bangs his head on the door
If you saw at the end of the video, your snake adjusted it's jaw. Since it hadn't just eaten, that means that it's jaw got misaligned some other way. Maybe because it was "banging its head on a door?" Caps is very unnecessary, we're concerned about your snake.

Us "losers" don't cry when someone makes a mistake. When someone makes a point of creating and posting a video about how funny their mistake is that's a different story.
You say it doesn't hurt your bp, but as was stated it did require a jaw realignment near the end. The fact that you thought it was funny doesn't make it funny.
Comparing to a man committing suicide is insane. Of course if you had the chance to stop that man and chose to instead just video tape the incident that may actually be a more fair comparison.
    -loser out.

I don't understand why the critter keeper is in there at all? Open critter keeper, grab mouse by tail, set mouse into same enclosure as snake.

Does that mean that humans are now de-evolving?

    Agreed..

OP, these "losers" are people who genuinely care for the well being of animals and are strict when it comes to defending them.

How is it funny to watch a hungry animal stress himself out by hitting his head trying to eat his food?

No offense, but your actions and posts in this thread lead me to believe you might not be properly equipped to own an animal.

Captive animals are reliant on us, their owners, to give them a quality of life. Take care of them, keep them clean and healthy and feed them when they are hungry. Sorry if us "Losers" dont think thats a laughing matter..

I sure hope your not the only person around if I ever attempt suicide...

A little plastic door CAN hurt your snake actually. Pythons strike with an immense amount of force and if they strike at glass or hard plastic, they can quite easily break their mandible or jawbones.

ALSO TALKING IN CAPS DOES NOT GET YOUR POINT ACROSS ANY BETTER. IT JUST MAKES YOU LOOK IMMATURE.

I don't mean to agitate things further, but... if this is true, then I'm curious as to why the ball in your picture looks like a triangle with a head. :weirdface

This is ridiculous!! This kid comes on here posts a video trying to be funny and makes himself look like a complete "idiot" among other things that ill leave out. This is not funny at all and it worries me that you even own a snake not to mention more than one. This is irritating to watch and annoys me to think that there are people out there, willing to put one of their snakes in danger for a personal laugh shared by virtually no one on this site. Good job bud you have obviously made alot of friends here.
