I like the pink sides, and the bright contrast between the gray body and orange tail. Very pretty boa.

Well actually, I was browsing KingSnake looking for Suri's as usual and I came across his add by accident. When I saw the little Boa I was shocked and amazed. So I went to the breeder's website for more details, http://www.boarepublic.com/indexv3.html by Alex Barreiro (Awesome guy to talk to!). I sent him an email, but it was only a "praise" email for making such a pretty boa. To me that was a big thing, because I dont really like Boa morphs. We started emailing back and forward. Untill I ended up making a deposit on it. LOL couldn't resist. :snake:

Ever heard Dane Cook say his line "I WANT THAT!!!... WHY NOT ME?!" I felt just like that lol.

I think he's amazing thats what I think! Awesome pick up. I generally dont much like the columbians other than bright hypos, moonglows and corals. I would have gotten that one too :gj: :snake:

Almost the same for me, I don't really like the morphs, except for a good looking Anery. But as soon I as I saw this one, It caught my eyes. His other 3 brothers look good too, but this is the one that REALLY caught my eyes.

I forgot to mention He is a Hypo het Sharp Albino :)

I keep wondering what his adult colors will be like :D

I'm still looking into Suris, I think I might have found a female, that would be my first big snake! (When she grows up anyways) :D

Unless there is a Chance that 3 other brothers can be paradox too, he is not a paradox. 4 of the brothers came out looking like this. He is a male Hypo het Sharp Albino. I saw a pic of the mom a motley and the father a sunglow.

The other one is a Suriname Female.

So are you getting that suri? Im in love with my 2. My girl is usually a lot darker than the male with a charcoal colored head but when I looked in on them tonight she was in her light phase and wow can she turn light when she wants to! Almost as creamy and light as the male. Im more and more facinated by these boas all the time. Maybe its just me but it seems the locality boas all have such different personalities from columbians too. The suris can have a bit of an attitude but I like that in my boas ;) My female is an attitude filled suri all the way, while the male is a little wimpy thing lol!

Oh I'm definitely getting both! I choose to keep them with their breeders a little while longer since they are still eating very small feeders and the area where I live now doesn't sell small feeders other than adult mice then "small" rats being the smallest. I should be receiving them May 17th. :D

One is already eating F/T and the other is eating P/K. I've been looking at companies that sell frozen feeders online, but I haven't made a choice yet. Any suggestions?

My frozen came from rodent pro. I have heard pros and cons about all the F/T companies. I have also gotten them from shows. I haven't had any issues with them yet.

And damn Im not one for red tails but that boa is too cool to pass up. I would have done the same thing. haha

both of them look amazing. I just started my collection but I'm already planning ahead for years to come. Maybe one day I'll start looking into boas.

I've been doing research and catching up on ball pythons for over a month now. Reading all the posts and advice on this forum has helped a LOT.

Just make sure you don't forget to close up the enclosure at night! :)

Thats the BEST DH Sunglow I've seen!!!...Very Beautiful boa, I was gonna start breeding them, but FLs Python BS is to much of a hassel.

Are you planning on a later breeding project?...If so, I'd pair it up with an Albino and make some Albinos/Sunglows/hypo hets(dh sunglow)/het albinos...Sunglows are VERY nice looking boas..

Very VERY nice pick up. I'd stare at that thing ALL day..lol.

Hey Danounet, those are some nice looking snakes. Your thread caught my eye because I bought that suri's sister from Mark a few weeks ago. Mark said they were eating p/k, but mine accepted a f/t pinky rat with no problems, so hopefully yours will be easy, too.

Holy pink!!! That is one NICE boa! I'm normally not a fan of busy patterns (I like my boas clean :D) but I really wouldn't mind having that guy!

I fell in love with the suri's the moment I first laid my eyes on them.
