My daughter's prom was last night...and I just can't resist sharing some pictures. Hopefully she won't kill me for it! :P

Your daughter is very pretty, and I would kill for my hair to curl nice like that, my hair is just unruly. But let me guess she hates it, right? I get mine chemically straightened, so I can't say that I love curly hair, but hers lays so nice.

Haha...thanks! I'll tell her. That curl is the result of me slaving over it with a curling iron. :P It's mostly pretty straight with a little bit of a natural wave. But yeah...of course she wishes it were different than it is. :rolleyes:

She's a cutie Judy! Tell her to not let her BF cut his hair! Mine did... And I miss playing with it! Men seem to always have better hair than women.

I think having kids makes time speed up even faster...it's insane how fast my days slip past me. I'll be busy at a task...remember to look up and check the time and it'll be next year already! :O

Thanks, Shaun! I guess Cole is just one of those "lucky" guys that all the other prepubescent boys wish they could be like. My son is only a year younger than Cole and still looks like a baby. ('Course, he'll always be my baby anyhow! LOL)

Thanks! Yeah, his hair is wayyy too pretty! LOL He usually has it pulled back into a tail, but Petra is always stealing his hair bands. :P

I remember my prom night. It was 1986 so the band I went to see was a touring club band and about 5 years away from making it big. It went something like this...

-On the way to pick up date I heard on the radio that Pantera was playing in the next town over.
-Faked illness at prom. Dropped date off at 11pm. Went to see Pantera in white tux.
-Trashed tux in mosh pit. Tripped on threshhold of door leaving bar, fell on sidewalk in front of cops, went to jail for public intoxication, spent the rest of the night in the drunk tank.
-Went to senior breakfast the next morning looking like a train wreck
-Spent the next 2 months paying off the cost of the tux... :P
