    Wow nice photos :D

The frogs are finally out in force here in MN but I haven't seen a single sign of any of our native reptiles.

Cottonmouths are so neat, I'm surprised how different yours are from the ones I'd see when I lived in Louisiana. The ones there are a MUCH blacker snake, and so much harder to see the pattern in.

as the cottons age, their pattern becomes dark. this was a very young snake. about 10 inches if that.

great shots sadly I only found 2 snakes this year so far both with the lawnmower..:( but my odds are hight that way than most people since I spend at least 3 hours 4-5 days a week on one. I was able to id both fro mtheir remains. one grater and a black snake. seen several on the road most dead from cars.

given me time i get some nice snake removal calls to make up for the deaths. Heck I might even get lucky and come across a wild clutch.

Great photos!! I have been meaning to make the trip down to Snake Road for a long time now. It would only be a 2-3 hour drive for me.
