awesome video J. Just one question i didnt notice it in the video and i checked LLLreptile for the connector for the flex watt. Im redoing my flex watt on my rack so i want to avoid having to solder anything this time around. Where would i be able to find those? Thanks

Great Vid Justin. Always like watchin your videos.

The weird problem im having is i just built another Mel rack with an 18 ft run of 3x6watt flex and i'm getting temps on the bare heat tape of 90 to 105 deg across a 10 inch span with my temp gun. I know that temp guns aren't the best measure especially since most are 3 deg variance. The temps in my tubs seem fairly consistant thanks to the Herp ND so i'm not too overly concerned and will just trust the T Stat.

Great Video, Justin. You mentioned the Helix DBS-1000 can handle 250 Watts, they are rated up to 500 Watts, I think. http://www.helixcontrols.com/DBS-100...er%20Guide.pdf
