What will you be picking up this year?
I was just sitting here thinking about the Daytona show this summer and got to thinking about what I would love to bring home. If I can get enough money together I'm going to be building a few racks, which means, more space for more snakes.
So let me know what kinds of herps you are looking to pick up this year or already have picked up this year.
I'm hoping to get one or a few of these:
Cinnamon Male Ball Python
Charcoal Male Corn Snake
Ghost Stripe Female Corn Snake
Albino Male Columbian Red Tail Boa
Blizzard Male Leopard Gecko
A bearded dragon male from Carolina Classic Dragons
If you have already picked up something cool this season, post a picture here!

BumbleBee Female

And maybe some adult normal girls too.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
Most likely this will be the order -
1. Building my own Snake Rack
Ball Pythons
2. Albino Female (High Contrast if I can find one)
3. Normal Female
4. Pastel Female
5. Normal Male
Other
6. Corn Snake (Not sure what kind yet)
7. Pacman Frog or Dart Frogs
I am not entirely set on all of this. Some of it might change, but this is what I currently am thinking about getting.
EDIT - Oh yeah, I would love to get a piebald also.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
1st I plan to aquire
1 Bopahile Rhinoraxx Ball Room rack
And After :P
1 Male Cinnamon Pastel
1 Male Spider
1 Female Ivory (Hopefully but maybe not till 2011 on this one, it depends on if I find the pure white/blue eyes and have the cash)
1 Black Motley Corn
1 Other corn of a moprh I haven't decided
1 Rhino Ratsnake.
1 B&W Striped Gargoyle Gecko
I may not get all of these this year of course. The most important thing is that I can care for what I do get. But this is the immediate wishlist. It depends on income and other things.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
I won't be adding much of anything until I free up some space, unfortunately. I'd love to add a Clown and a Pastel YB.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
we picked up an 07 spider male that is pushing 1300 grams. he is as long as my four year old female.
in a few years we will pick up a mojave boy to go with our girl but we need more room before we get that.
then we can breed lucys and spiders and that is all i have room for :)

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
I plan on picking up a male lesser towards the end of the year, but after that I won't be adding any more until I get my first clutch. Well... maybe a male mystic, but that's a big maybe. I would rather wait a season or two and hope their price comes down a little. My mojave won't be up to breeding weight for a while anyway.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
I'm hoping to find the perfect 2010 male bolivian boa to pair with my girl. Looking for a super light and clean animal! If I don't find the right one this year, I'll wait until next year.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
I want some pictus and banded geckos.
Might pick up a new male morph ball, haven't decided which, yet.
This year is my 'big holdback year', which I hold back all the females from a bunch of different morphs, and at least 3 lesser girls, so I don't really need to make acquisitions. I might do some trades for female ball morphs that I don't have, but probably not too many.

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
The first thing on my list is a sterling pastel male from Greg Graziani. Additionally, I want to get a new camera - probably a nice Canon EOS in the $400-$600 range depending on what I can find. I'd also like to get several items I'd need for a table at reptile expos. I see myself having to build at least one more rack, but it'll probably be next year at the earliest before I can start picking up some nice ARS racks.
My current list is mostly not actual snakes, but everything on it is most definitely important, and is specifically for the snakes. If I have any money left over after I get to a stopping point somewhere, I'd like to start adding more recessive females including clowns, caramels, and lavenders. Possibly also a spinner female (preferably heterozygous hypomelanistic or VPI axanthic).

Re: What will you be picking up this year?
I've added quite a few snakes since the beginning of the year... two from the San Mateo Expo last weekend, and the rest from friends & so forth.
1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
1.0 Stimson's Python
0.1 Western Hognose
1.2 Corn Snakes - Motley Ghost, Miami Phase & Granite
I plan to attend the San Jose show in August, and I'm actually thinking about giving lizards another try - might pick up a crested gecko or two, since I just can't get over their cuteness. :D I also recently put a deposit on a female BP morph, but I'm saving the "reveal" until she's arrived (hopefully in June-July). Here are some photos of the snakes who've joined my collection in 2010... so far it's been a non-BP kind of year!
