New 09 Male Pied and my first pied...

This is my new 09 male pied :D I just got him today and he is my first pied :gj: He has a really nice color to him and a nice amount of white!!! I will get better pics when he settles in:

Thanks!!! I think I have 5 males now and like 21 females. Only 1 of those females is a normal but she is like 3,500 grams. I should have a nice amount of het pied morphs if all goes well in a couple years :please:

I never get tired of looking at ours. Yours is another exceptional example of the morph. I love high white pieds with enough pattern to be interesting. Yours is one of the best.

Thank you!!! I have one 66% het pied female that he will be paired up with. Hopefully I can pick up another 100% het female for him at some point. Mainly he will be used to make 100% het pied morphs. That will take some time breeding the hets I make but God willing I have a good amount of time left on this earth so I can wait :gj:

Beautiful python you have there! It feels great to finally own one of your dream snakes, doesn't it? Judging from how you've written in this thread, it seems like the piebald was a dream snake for you, as much as it was my dream snake, too. I've had my piebald for a little while now and I'm still in awe that I have him. It took a couple years to finally decide to do it, and now its easier to not have all of the others yet. :)

Sweet! That's the kind of pied for me, balanced white and normal coloration. Unfortunately cant afford it yet. :)

Thank you!!! And yes it does feel great to finally get one and you are right this was my dream snake!!!! I went to bed at 3 the night he was coming and I got up at 6am to check his status and wait for him. At 8am I went outside to wait for him he got here a little after 12pm I think and I met the UPS driver half way up my drive way. He didn't even get a chance to pull in all the way - lol. Excited to get him is an understatement - lol

Ww, for a second I thought you were writing a biography about me and my pied! Seriously, that is exactly how it laid out when I waited for my piebald. I sat in my car waiting for that UPS truck to roll up! LOL :rofl:

My pied eats well, so does his het pied girlriend. They just require live, but they are also just under a year old, and I hear most people have an easy time switching them to frodents at a year of age. Although a couple times they did take f/t, I just don't waste feed, so I do live for them for now. My year old normal bp is on frodents now. I bet your guy will eat well and wish you well with your guy. :)

LOL - That's funny :gj: He was eating F/T but I feed live so I do not anticipate a problem with him eating :please: Thanks again and I am hoping to pick up 1 or 2 100% het pied females for him real soon if my friend does not flake out one me. We will see :please:

I gotta say... I must've viewed this thread 10 times since you posted. I am in love. Definitely the best looking Pied I've ever laid my eyes on. I saved the picture for when I finally get my little one someday. I am SO jealous!!! :gj:

They're still a little beyond my budget at the moment and I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping my het pied pair will produce a pied for me. They're amazing snakes and yours is no exception! Gorgeous little guy! Congrats!
