    I was cleaning out all the Bloods and STP's today, so thought I'd take the opportunity to photograph some animals I'm working with, here goes;

    A couple of '09 T+ Albino Females;

    I love these T+ albinos. I have a question, what actually classifies them as T+ and what does that mean as compared to your average albino blood? Also are the T+ considered the "cherry bombs" of albino bloods? Gorgeous animals!

    Fantastic animals and photos! Do you have any pictures of the parents that produced the SST holdback?

    The T+ means that they are Tyrosinase Positive Albinos, which essentially means Tyrosinase is present in the synthesis of melanin or black pigment to you and I! There are 2 proven strains of Albinism in Blood Pythons, these being the T+ and also the T-, I'm sure VPI are working to prove/disprove this with Lavender/Orange animals too, but I suspect they are just a different line of T- Albinos. Cherry Bombs refer to a line of T+ Albinos descending from one WC animal who was particularly red! It's late here.....I hope that made sense.
