    any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
And yes, we can assume (because it is true) that adult, female and BP are on the list... so no need to say them. Oh and we know she is a snake too. :D

I'll guess Fire... almost looks like a Desert, but they have that distinctive "turtle-neck" and reduced pattern (from what I've seen thus far). Whatever your snake is, she's a beauty! :)

    Re: any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
I picked her up on Kijiji, for a whopping 75.0$. :D

In CAN female hatchlings go for 75.0$ at shows still, so finding an adult 2.5 year old female is unheard of!

She seems healthy and robust, and ate already, so I know she is feeding.

It is rare for me to ever think there might be something else going on with a normal... but she is just eye-popping yellow, so I don't know.

My first thought was Vanilla or Fire as well.

I will selectively breed her when the time comes and see if she does not throw some babies the same as her... I have seen yellow snakes before, but again... uhmmmm, yeah.

I am going to go and stand... over there... now. :)

    Comparing her to my fire...

Same belly, same white around the aliens, same head spot, same body color.

Although she could be something other than, I'd be shocked if she wasn't a fire ;)

    Re: any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
I texted two friends those exact words as i was sitting on the bus with her in my coat "if she is not a fire I will be surprised"... :)

Then my friend that came over, and he has a good eye, saw her yesterday and said "no way she is a normal". (I say he has a good eye as I was looking at a normal on a table at the last show and he looks at me and rolls his eyes and says "you realize that is a phantom right?"... still looked like a normal to me).

She came from a breeder 2.5 years ago... could have been a selective breeding with a CH without realizing it was a morph on its own... you never know.

I have no expectations on her, but... if she does prove out to be something then that may be the find of the year? :D

Obviously I cannot run her through my fire male, but I may run her through my pastel male for good measure just to see what happens.

    Re: any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
I had thought of a few... even for selective breeding that could be interesting.

Pastel, as I figured it would be the easiest to pick anything extra going on.

But YB, Pin, and Cinnie as well might prove interesting.

I've never seen a het ghost look like this snake.
A het is a normal that carries the gene, this snake looks nothing like any het/normal I've seen
    Got pics?

    Re: any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
I say fire. Vanillas tend to have a thin little mustache on the front lips and are more likely to have to have side lip spots than fires. But the base color of a vanilla is usually more on the orangy side while fires tend to have a more bright and pale look. Vanillas also have more of a abberant pattern while the fires pattern looks like the pattern of a normal.

I bet she is a fire too. Got that little pyramid on her head just like my fire female. My 2 vanillas (one is not yet proven) have a skull head marking but the fires have more of a peaked marking.

    Re: any guesses?... introducing Cassandra
I did not think vanilla because of the lack of snout spots and the head pattern, all the vanillas I have seen have a really distinct head patterning.
