    Some hognose couples for 2010.
    For your viewing pleasure.

Anaconda X ToffeeBelly - I can't want to see a solid colored hognose with black flecks all over it.

Those are some beauties. Have always thought hognose snakes were cool. As a kid there were many times I caught them in the back yard and carried them around for a few days, and never dreamed that people would keep them as pets.... thought never crossed my mind.

Very nice hogs. Let me ask though, what bedding is that you are using and how is it with odor control and whatnot.
    Thanks,
    Mike

eh, thats 90% of posts on this website ;)

That said, some great looking pairs. I'd really like to get my little lady hog a male. But she has a bit of growing before that still. Curious about something you said though..

Is that what that combination will produce? I know nothing of hog morphs

It's Sani-Chips by Harlan. I love it. It's super easy to spot clean. It has it's own odor but it's not a smelly odor it's just like an aspen odor.

The Anaconda X Toffee pair will produce Anacondas that are 100% Het Toffee in the first generation.

The Anaconda is a Co-Domaniant morph with a super. The SuperConda is a mostly solid colored animal.

The Toffeebelly is a recessive morph that is believed to be a type of T+ Albino. They are also a paradox kind of morph. Most have some amount of black flaking all over them.

My hope with mixing the 2 is to make a solid colored snake with black flaking all over it.

With getting eggs from her last night I'm one step closer to making that dream a reality.
