Me and Dave

I don't think I shared this picture before, so thought I'd post it now... this is me and my black pastel Dave, taken by a friend of mine. Not the best photo of me (I really needed my hair done, LOL), but he looks awfully cute. :)

Thats an awesome black pastel. And dont worry about the hair, we all have had a pic or two taken where our hair was like that. :gj:

Thanks all! And I have had my hair done since, LOL. I really love Dave, and can't wait to breed him... I've already introduced him to my girls, but he doesn't seem quite interested yet. :confuzd: He was in with Mona for 2 days, so there's a possibility she'll throw some black pastels - but most likely regular pastels, since I know she's locked numerous times with Toby. We'll see!

Oh, but I really can't wait to pair him with Delilah, who's only around 750g right now... so hopefully next winter she'll be up to size, or the latest by 2011-12. Don't you think these two will make gorgeous babies?? :)

LOL... I have TOO much hair, and always have! :oops: It's actually pulled back in that picture, so you can't see that it's nearly down to my elbows - and very very thick & curly. It has been fading since I hit 30, so I started dying it back to my original color (bright red) a few years ago. Oy, the joys of getting older. :(

wow you can really see Dave's colors in those others pics....he is just stunning.

i never knew how awesome black pastels really were until i just saw yours i can only imagine how much something like that would run you :O

Dave says thanks, and also tells you that he was a steal, since I got him from Skiploder as more of an "adoption." ;) He is from the Ian G line of black pastels, which seem to be much lighter and more cinnamon-like. I actually did a poll when I first got him, asking who thought he was a cinnamon vs b.p. - and cinnamon won with like 60%, LOL. I can't wait to see what he produces!
