dif, between pastel and super pastel

the bp i got at the columbia show was listed as pastel, at moment it was good lucking snake and a decent price so i bought and looking at these pastel pic on here, mine doesn't look like it, it looks more golden, actually like a golden bp, i have a pic in genral bp and would post it here, but i can't find it on my computer, so could it be a super pastel

IM inclined to say it isnt a super assuming the breeder knew what they were talking about. Color has little to do with it. The amount of blushing and fading does. They look like a brighter and very ghostly looking pastel.

Please just google for pics and you will see the difference.

The head will give most supers away. Look for supers to have a washed out almost creamy looking head. I have a pastel that I thought was a super, all the extreme blushing and very bright, just don't have the washed out head. It is lighter than most but still questioning it being a super.

Doesn't look like a super...but a pretty good looking pastel.

Very pretty pastel, however not a super pastels go from 50-125 depending on quality etc. you got a good price.

its a male, i got it from the ssnakes breeder, actually for his small set up he had great prices,( he had the records since birth, he is acting normal, soon as i put hin his tub he went to warm hide, come out at night, then back to hide, and this comming from the man that was only going for supplies. i need to get his weight cause the breeder said he was on adult mice, but my smaller normal is in the procees of switcinh over. planning on an updated weight tommorow
