March 6th Havre de Grace Show

Okay, who's going? What time ya gonna be there? Whatcha buying?

Is no one going to the show tomorrow? I'll be there early, 9 am until ? Probably no later than noon. I'll be buying flexwatt from Larry Kenton. Picking up a 1200 gram female albino I bought a few weeks ago. Looking for a couple of Mojave sub adults and anything else that catches my eye.

I'll be wearing a Parkville Lacrosse cap. Blonde hair, 6 ft tall, 230 lbs.

ill be REPRUHZENTIN with my blue bp.net shirt :) ill probably get there around 10:30 or 11 though, im coming with a few friends we'll probably stay till the show closes.

Where was everyone? There were so many good deals everywhere. No just kidding, I got lucky and found a female Lesser Plattie. She's a gorgeous looking bp. She's pretty shy and is distrurbed by any motion around her. I've got her in the QT room with a towel over her tub. I'm hoping to get pictures and weight tomorrow. The 1200 gram female Albino is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm going to check for folicles. The previous owner had a male in with her, so I may not have to do anything to get eggs. She's a fat little girl is she's not gravid. Wish me luck! If not, I've got a nice 600 gram male just waiting to get lucky.

I was very disappointed in the number of customer's through the door. It was a very light turn out. However, there were some pretty great deals. Some lady had 2 big Red Bloods for sale at $200 for the pair. She had just sold them when I got to her table at 9:20 am. I'd had them in my collection in a heart beat for that price. I saw more Blue Tongue Skinks today than ever before. There must have been 8-10 at different tables. There were some great deals on colubrids. Adam @ 8 Ball had some normal ball pythons at give away prices. He had a great looking Lesser het for Ghost too. I sure wish I'd hit the Powerball, cause I'd come home a poor man. A couple of BIG monitors were there too. I've always wanted a large monitor. Red and Yellow Ackies is as big as I've ever owned. There were junk animals too. An aquarium full of green iguanas is something I had hoped I'd never see again, but they were there. A few johnny herpowners were there too with some stinky herps. I walked by and wondered what that smell was and realized it was this guy's table.

All in all, I was very happy with the show. I got some great snakes, got some flexwatt tape and connectors and had a great time talking to everyone.

yeah Jim I was there dropping some BPs off to a customer (man he got a deal) last show was way better did'nt see nothing that caught my eye but their isnt much I want now,except for a big female pin,& male pied.

I got there LAAATE. like around 12.

I saw that lesser het ghost proven male that 8ball had, i told kelly i would have picked him up in a heartbeat if i had the cash.

i DID manage to trade the animal that desperately NEEDED a new home. My lovely anery boa boy is now with someone who will give him a great home, and has a lovely hypo girl waiting for him. And a cage the right size for him. I also had a little reduced pattern female bp. I got a gorgeous solomon island tree boa and a female nic in return for the two. Two smaller animals that i could watch grow--just what i was looking for.

The silly female nic ESCAPED in my car on the ride home. ugh, we found her though. I gave her a good soak and shes now settled into her tub to relax. Both the animals are fantastic, beautiful with excellent personalities. I'm very happy :)

Man you know what i saw? a BOATLOAD of dubias! i'd never seen any before the show and there were at least 4 vendors with them this time, that was pretty cool.
