Yes, probably 4-6 weeks out. There is links on the site now on the vendor page, its just too far out still. I have only posted sponsors or vendors who have paid. I have a ton of vendors intersted, but its only verbal at this point.

Just a note to potential vendors. We know there is hesitation with any new shows. We have a very heavy marketing campaign, and I can assure there will be a good crowd in attendance. We have multiple radio ads, working with United Way, mail campaign to the south eastern US, and many Piedmont Triad partnerships and sponsors. Feel free to email me with any questions. I just saw the info about this show. Hopefully I'll be able to go, too bad it's the same weekend as Heroes-Con in Charlotte. A comic book convention and a snake show in the same weekend, what's a girl to do!

Show was ok... Some vendors did better than others, but for a first time show it was about standard.

Can't speek for everyone but the Fat Boy's Crew had a blast!! :banana:

The stats of the show are as follows.

453 paid attendees
23 free. Either free kids or tickets won off the radio
And the X number- Honestly when I was working the door I forgot to check in a fair number of people.

Number were a little low for the amount of advertising done. We had 2 radio ads, extensive online advertising, news coverage, flier mailings, a partnership with Armstrong cricket and the United Way. We were able to raise $237.50 for the United Way donation. Thanks to all who contributed! :)

Vendor stats-

30 vendors booked
3 vendor no shows
65 tables in all

Thanks to everyone who helped make this possible. We are planning future shows now. We may be going in a slightly different direction with certain logistics. I will keep everyone posted in the coming weeks.

I loved it, fat boy a plesure as always, I cried a bit leaving the pastel. I guess it's good to practice restraint lol
