    All Champagne Combos
    Boys and girls!

I want to compile a list of all the Champagne Combinations know so far, pics would be appreciated!

The ones I can think of so far are:

    Champagne Lesser
    Champagne Ghost
    Champagne Butter

    Re: All Champagne Combos
    Champagne Pastel
    Champagne Cinnamon
    Champagne Pewter
    Champagne Pinstripe
and Puma Pied (not proven, but probably the same thing as a Champagne)
Kevin at NERD produced a few crosses too, but hasn't revealed what they are (I think one was a Champagne Hidden Gene Woma).

There may be more, but those are the ones I can think of

I can't think of any to add to the above posts but I'm sure there will be a few more combos produced this year.

Pastel Champagne poss. het ghost x Pastel.

He's also bred with a few other females so I have high hopes for a new combo or two.

Champagne Yellow Belly has been done also. Kevin has done a few others too, but I don't want to share them without permission, all we can say is they are pretty cool! There has also been the Champagne Pied.

We are hoping to produce a couple new ones this season!

    Champagne X Mojave
This girl is about 2 weeks from ovulation!

Champagne Poss. Het Hypo X Hypo Pastel
This girl is in her pre-lay shed so we will see in 80 days!

Yes, it was produced by Brock from a champagne x normal breeding. I saw her and called immediately as I had to have it.

Ringers can be signs of carrying another gene or just a random occurrence that distorts the color of the scales in the shape of a "ring". In the case of that Champagne it is an extreme ringer.

A ringer simply has a lack of pigment/pattern near the vent, but in this case is far more drastic and as far as I know this is the largest 'ring' yet. Most are just a small ring of white or even just a 'smear' in the pattern near the vent.

Any chance of seeing pictures or links to the Pinstripe Champagne, Butter Champagne and Cinnamon Champagne, I've searched for them but can't find any of them!

I still find it hard to believe that champagne isn't a pied.

If I didn't know 100% that it was bred by someone who knows what they are doing {ie. Brock} I'd swear it was from a couple of het pieds the owner just didn't know. But since Brock knows about as much about breeding as a person can know, it has to be a ringer.:)

I'd LOVE to produce a ringer like that one day, but my thought is that it's a one-of-a-kind animal whose pattern may never be reproduced.

Along that thought, Brock did you ever repeat the breeding you got that snake from, just to see what happened? Any other ringers, even just small ones?

Corey it looks like your Champagne's have been extra busy! I would say that you are going to hit a couple of home runs for sure with those breeding's. Good for you!

Gale I think that the Champagne's are ringers and they can pop up in almost every breeding. I have gotten so much variation in each one it makes them very exciting to me! I look forward to what can be done with them.

Champagne's seem to grow on people after they see them and hold them!
