Welcome to the club!:gj: People that have never had an auto-waterer just don't know what they are missing! Now you have the option to enjoy breeding rodents, instead of being enslaved by water bottles, lol!

Edit: Forgot to mention that it looks great, but if your rats get crazy like mine you should put a board or something under that water tub on top, it may not stay there!

Yeah, I've got a couple, lol. You know you have too many when you have to gas 4 or 5 breeding groups a week to keep the numbers under control. My growout bins keep turning into breeding grounds before I have time to separate them!:P

    Re: In love!!!
i spent 73 dollars total for enough parts for two watering systems. meaning enough supplies for twelve tubs. i bought 12 t joints, 2 L joints. 2 connection valves, 12 clips for the 12 nipples, and for some reason i dont know what i was thinking at the time but i bought 40ft of the 3/16 tubing.... and the bucket came with my previous purchase of kitty litter!

Edit: i just finished the second rack today with mortar tubs. the watering system will be done when the next kitty litter bucket is empty!

Great work! I think you'll be pleased with your choice to make a jumbo pan rack and a morter tub rack. You can put 1.3 - 1.4 in each morter tub and use the other rack for preggo's. If you ever need to up production you can bump that up to 1.5-1.6 and build another jumbo pan rack and a growout rack out of the large morter tubs. Again, looks good!

lol I like that and ir done right the way it looks you can leave for the weekend and be safe from runningo ut of water. It one reason I can't take a trip out of town for a night or 2 without having someone to keep comoing by 2-3 times a day to check water bottles. My one tank emptys a 20 oz bottle every 7 hours or so unless everyone sleeps a lot. I may have ot try this this summer with a couple groups once I gett the grass cutting funds rollnig in lol.

I fill up my food and water on the racks once a week.
