Yes I know whose company it is, but come on, these prices seem a bit steep don't they(unless they include shipping)?

Yes, they are way to high. They probably aren't gonna get a lot of business.

    At buckrun

    45-80 gm rats 20 for $21.00 = 1.05
    Not including shipping

However the equivalent from these guys is 3.00 plus they have a flat rate ship of $25.00

One thing you might look at is the location for places. Often times if your in their zone the shipping is less.

While I did not get into snakes just to get into rodents I am thankful that because I raise my own, I no longer have to hassle with this stuff.

Same here, its awesome and easy just to be able to go to the garage to get feeders!

Those prices are outrageous and i don't know where they got their quotes from but a small rat is about $1-$2 everywhere you go so $6 dollars is outrageous.

Some places around here charge $4-6 for a medium-large rat. If they want to charge a super high price, it's their right to do so. Just vote with your feet and buy from another dealer.

I'm lucky that I have a local supplier, but I often buy from online Rodentpro for frozen mice for the lizards because it's cheaper.. as long as I have enough extra funds to make it worth buying and shipping.

My buddy breeds rodents and I get them in trade for animals. I was just surfing and saw those numbers, they seemed a bit high.

This is the best decision I have made regarding my snakes since switching to plastic enclosures.

Prices look similar to RodentPro. They say they vacuum-pack them. RodentPro uses ziploc baggies, which works, but vacuum-packing is MUCH better for increasing storage time and preventing freezer-burn.
I may have found a new favorite. :) Thanks!

the rodents just came in all 120 plus of them. Rodent pro is on top of there game. No poop in the packages of the rats. Perfectly sized and arrived frozen as a mofo. Two thumbs up for them.

RodentPro's quality is good, my only issue with them at all is their use of ziploc baggies instead of vacuum packing. They freezer burn quickly.
