NC Rocking the Reptiles--HI!!!
Gosh look at all the members from NC. Yeah! I live talking to and dealing with people near by so if you are in NC lets be friends
Ok so now my introduction. Well my husband and I have been keeping and breeding snakes now for almost 8 years now. I never was that 'into' snakes but Jason has always had a huge interest in reptiles. Then I got sucked in and realized how cool they were and now we have over 100 snakes. We have everything from bp's, kings, corns, garters, hogs, rats, etc. Never realized how much time it took to take care of them properly. We spend hours every day in our snake rooms feeding, cleaning, watering, taking pics, playing a little marvin "let's get it on" during mating season..... lol... and we love every minute of it!
My husband is a maintanance manager at a nursing home and I am a nurse at a nursing home. We also own 3 boston terriers (Daisy, Boogie, Boomer) and 1 olde english bulldogge (Santana) and 2 ferrets (Domino and Tubz). We love all our babies. I even have all our snakes named and can tell you by heart who each one is:D What can I say I'm a lover of any animal. I just hate spiders:spid0r:
So that's about it for now I suppose. Love the site so far and hope to meet many new buddies.
Re: NC Rocking the Reptiles--HI!!!
Ill be in NC starting tomorrow, atleast untill august <gotta love military>.
You plan on attending the Herpetorama in SC in march? I bought VIP tickets :D
Re: NC Rocking the Reptiles--HI!!!
NC is good because we are in the south, but not really. So when you want to go to a show and see some really cool animals, just head across the boarder to SC where HOTS are legal and everywhere.
Is the show in March your talking about the Repticon show in Columbia?
Re: NC Rocking the Reptiles--HI!!!
Ive been living in NC for awhile and love it here im currently in cullowhee, NC but lived most my life in charlotte, NC. The repticon in SC its pretty cool because you can go and see HOTs and they have a pretty good turn out of vendors.

Sure is. Better be some decent BPs there for my four hour drive. :D
But seeing hots will be fun as well.

Well I do 12 hours shifts from 7p-7a and I have to work that weekend, but I may try to go Sunday. Last year was the first year I went. It was pretty cool. It's about 1.5 hours or so from us. Maybe we'll see ya there!
